New Tatmeen release with the following updates:
- New Daily Reports Available in Downloadable Reports Section on Portal: We have further enhanced the reporting capabilities on the Tatmeen portal by introducing new reports and improving existing ones. The new report structure allows partners to see what stock was sent to them and what they have dispatched to other locations, in addition to their active stock. These reports are now downloadable in spreadsheet format, making them more practical for analysis by participants.
- Introduction of Hierarchy Report on Portal: A new report has also been published that allows partners to download the inner contents of any container or shipper case in a clearly structured spreadsheet format. This enhancement was made in response to industry requests, as it enables partners to compare what they have physically received against what the manufacturer or supplier reported to Tatmeen.
- Enhanced Error Messages: We have improved the clarity and detail of error notifications across the platform, ensuring users can better understand issues and resolve them more efficiently. This update aims to reduce troubleshooting time and enhance the overall user experience.
- Help Content Improvements: The support content has been updated to provide users with clearer, more comprehensive guidance. This enhancement is designed to improve the overall user experience by making help resources easier to navigate and more effective.
- Verification for Blocked Products: We have implemented verification processes for blocked products, helping inspectors perform their tasks more effectively. This update also allows end users to easily identify blocked items in case they are mistakenly sold by dispensaries, ensuring better product control and safety.
- Application Responsiveness Enhancements: We've optimized performance across various devices, ensuring a smoother and more responsive user experience. These improvements enhance usability on both desktop and mobile platforms, delivering faster load times and seamless interaction.
- Addition of Inner Quantity in Product Verification: The product verification feature now displays the total number of items inside any container or shipper case, saving users time by eliminating the need to navigate to the hierarchy details page. This enhancement provides quick and accurate information during verification, saving time and effort for all participants, and especially users who receive packages on daily basis.
- System Update for 2D Barcode Acceptance: We’ve enhanced the system to process 2D barcodes that include manufacturing dates, even though this field is not listed in the approved serialization guideline published by MoHAP. This update resolves system errors caused by MAHs that include manufacturing dates, ensuring smoother processing without disruptions on the portal.
- Handling of Expiry Dates in 2D Barcodes: The system has been enhanced to accept 2D DataMatrix codes where the expiry day is indicated as 00, even though this format is not aligned with the serialization guidelines. This update addresses the common practice among several MAHs, ensuring smoother processing and reducing errors related to expiry date validations.
